#12: SUPPORT THE MCKINNEY-LEACH BILL TO END ALL COMMERCIAL LOGGING ON
FEDERAL LANDS (Obsidians, Shirley Cameron) (Reaffirming Resolution #4,
1999)

The Federation of Western Outdoor Clubs
supports the McKinney-Leach bill to end all commercial logging on
federal lands.
|
The bill currently has
over 100 sponsors in the federal House of Representatives, and public
support continues to increase. The bill will be introduced in
the next Congressional session and is expected to have more sponsors
each year.

Congressional delegations and ask them to support this important and
timely legislation.
